What you'll do:
As a CNC Machine Shop Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily activities within the CNC machine shop, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of dedicated machinists and operators, assigning tasks based on individual skills and experience. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring production schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet strict deadlines. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Your problem-solving abilities will come into play as you troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise. Inventory management will also fall under your remit; you'll coordinate with procurement teams to ensure a steady supply of materials while keeping waste to a minimum.
