What you'll do:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of various departments. You will lead your team towards meeting volume requirements by managing shift processes. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you review and revise daily shift production schedules based on production plans while considering available resources. You will inspect production floor activities periodically to ensure they conform to required standards. Your role will also involve overseeing key performance indicators from reports, developing key strategies, defining necessary actions for personnel. You will author, review and revise departmental policies, procedures and work instructions. Lastly, you will ensure that all personnel comply with all applicable quality, environment, occupational health and safety laws.
- Manage shift process Leads, Operators toward meeting volume requirements.
