What you'll do:

As an Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of a busy kitchen. Your passion for culinary arts will shine through as you develop innovative menus that delight customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Training and mentoring junior staff members will also fall under your remit, promoting a culture of learning and growth within the team.
