What you'll do:
As a Fleet Logistics Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your role will involve managing logistics across the Philippines, ensuring that all routes, drivers, and clients are well-coordinated. You will develop strategies to streamline operations while maintaining the highest security and safety standards. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, security personnel, and field supervisors. You will also be responsible for implementing strategies to prevent trip cancellations and developing crisis management protocols. - Oversee the day-to-day scheduling, routing, and optimization of 600 vehicles across the Philippines.

- Implement strategies and contingency plans to prevent trip cancellations.
