About the Delivery Operations Head Role:
The Delivery Operations Head is responsible for developing and delivering high-quality technical sales, expanding the business and client management to maximise its leadership position and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage multiple parallel projects and maximise resources for the greater good of the organisation
• Manage technical modification, documentation, and reporting
• Grow and develop new customers/accounts in core industries
• Interact with projects sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex items
• Handle project execution and management
• Handle manpower planning and development
• Establish technical direction while creating and implementing a vision for continual improvement of engineering process at a detailed level and higher organisational level

To succeed in the Delivery Operations Head job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong presentation, organisational, and communication skills (written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical parties
• Minimum of 10 years of industrial project management in a large-scale environment preferably from an EPC company or from an MNC
• Good understanding of operations of a professional organisation, including revenue and bookings; budgeting and forecasting; billing and accruals; planning and monitoring performance indicators
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Outstanding negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
