VIP Host (Mandarin / Japanese / Korean Speaker)

This VIP Host role requires fluency in either Japanese, Korean or Mandarin to deliver outstanding experiences for premium players, understanding their needs and desires, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. Key responsibilities include organizing gaming activities, accommodating guest preferences, managing stays, and handling membership inquiries.

What you'll do:

As a VIP Host, you will play an integral role in enhancing the experience of our premium players. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs and wants of these players and ensure that their arrangements are executed seamlessly. This includes coordinating gaming activities, assisting with membership queries, facilitating program buy-ins at the Cage, and maintaining a high standard of service level through proactive engagement. You will also have the opportunity to host or attend special promotions or events both within and outside the property. Your ability to rotate shifts and provide arrival & departure assistance at the airport will be crucial.

  • Accompany guests on exclusive experiences such as city tours, yacht cruises, and private jet arrivals and departures, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries related to membership, gaming programs, promotions, events, and other related matters with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Coordinate all aspects of gaming activities, guest preferences, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring seamless communication with other departments to provide a flawless guest experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of service through proactive and personalized engagement with guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence.
  • Manage guest program buy-ins and settlements at the Cage, and provide support for all Gaming Treasury transactions and inquiries.
  • Participate in and host special promotions and events, both on and off the property, as required, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform shift-specific assignments, including manpower deployment, hotel check-in and check-out assistance, and other special duties, to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism in all guest interactions, fostering a positive and respectful environment.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this VIP Host position brings excellent communication skills with proficiency in Mandarin, Japanese or Korean. She is confident in dealing with VIPs and has strong analytical and critical thinking skills. She is proficient in MS office applications and has the ability to build good working relationships with different types of individuals. She is organised, detail-oriented, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate adaptability and versatility, seamlessly transitioning between independent work and collaborative team efforts.

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 6 years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Uphold a standard of organizational excellence, meticulously attending to detail in all tasks and initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office applications to streamline data management and ensure precision in reporting.
