What you'll do:

As the Vice President for Contact Center Operations, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will provide leadership to foster an agile work environment, translating and communicating strategic visions to local teams. You will elevate operational performance, delivering strategic value that positions the contact center operations for sustained growth.
