Our client is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in the realm of Industrial Rentals and Property Management.

This role will not only manage the overall operations in properties but also oversee and support the 'back end' of property management including SOP development & implementation, finance, legal, HR, admin, sales & customer management, and the overall coordination thereof. The ideal candidate will have solid property management experience in industrial rentals/ commercial properties and an overall operations background with P&L Management.

  • Oversee daily operations for Industrial Rental business and Commercial leasing/ Property Management.
  • Support 'back end' of property management including SOP development & implementation, finance, legal, HR, admin, sales & customer management.
  • Solid property management experience in industrial rentals/ commercial properties.

As the Vice President of Operations, you will be at the helm of our client's Industrial Rentals and Property Management division. Your strategic thinking will guide the development and implementation of business strategies that align with company goals. You will lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration to drive results. Your understanding of real estate markets will be crucial in overseeing property operations while your familiarity with construction processes will help manage timelines and budgets. Your role extends beyond traditional responsibilities as you will also oversee the 'back end' of property management including SOP development & implementation.
