What you'll do:

As a Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) Manager focusing on elevators, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality within the organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing QSHE policies, conducting site inspections, providing training to staff, investigating incidents, monitoring legislative changes, and liaising with regulatory bodies. Your expertise in this field will be crucial in ensuring that our operations are not only compliant but also exemplify best practice in the industry.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QSHE policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on QSHE matters
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend improvements
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and take appropriate action
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as required

What you bring:
