Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Country Operations Manager to join their Order Management team.

What you'll do:

As the Country Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations in the Philippines. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement standard operating procedures for order management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimise order fulfilment and delivery processes. Monitoring key performance indicators related to order management will be crucial to your role, as well as implementing improvements as needed. You will have the opportunity to continuously identify improvement opportunities and roll them out across the organisation. Regular performance evaluations, feedback, and coaching of team members will also fall under your remit.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance order fulfillment and delivery efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities within the organization.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for order management processes.
  • Manage and coordinate the Order Management team in the Philippines to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to order management and drive necessary improvements.
  • Optimize workflow and resource allocation to enhance overall productivity and service quality.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer service standards.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Country Operations Manager position will bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record in operations management and project management. With a minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience, you will have demonstrated success in managing projects and connecting with stakeholders. Your excellent communication and interpersonal abilities will enable you to effectively lead your team and liaise with various departments. An analytical mindset is essential for this role, particularly when it comes to identifying process improvements.

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in Operations, experience in the BPO or Call Center industry is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Proven track record in managing projects as a Project Lead or in Project Management.
  • Strong stakeholders management especially within a global set-up.
