Clinical Implementation Manager

Our client is seeking a Clinical Implementation Manager to act as a clinical resource, demonstrating and promoting the value of their products and solutions within the healthcare environment. This role will involve supporting physicians and other healthcare providers in improving patient outcomes, providing real-world evidence, educating, and promoting demand & prescription.

  • Promote high medical value products and solutions
  • Assist laboratories with implementing our products-tests & solutions
  • Support development of Key Opinion leaders network among Clinicians

What you'll do:

As a Clinical Implementation Manager, you will be instrumental in promoting our client's high medical value products and solutions. You will provide education to physicians, nurses, pharmacy staff & other healthcare providers, performing clinical presentations in relevant hospital departments and at pertinent medical events. Your role will also involve assisting laboratories with implementing our products-tests & solutions in daily routine patient care. You will support the development of Key Opinion leaders network among Clinicians, Laboratory and Administration.

  • Provide clinical expertise necessary to promote product adoption and use
  • Perform clinical presentations at relevant hospital departments and medical events
  • Assist in field based activities of teams and clinical knowledge
  • Participate in local, regional and National educational and promotional initiatives
  • Support the operational aspects of clinical studies which demonstrate the value of our products and solutions through real-world evidence

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Implementation Manager position will have a strong clinical & scientific background. A degree in Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related healthcare field is required. Familiarity with infectious disease diagnosis, treatment and/or clinical microbiology or methods is desirable. You should have knowledge of laboratory workflow, hospital environment and clinical care pathways. Experience in hospital based clinical process implementation and improvement is desirable.
