What you'll do:

As a Field Veterinarian – Poultry, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of poultry production across North Luzon and Rizal.

  • Conduct comprehensive farm and hatchery visits for key accounts and direct clients, focusing on identifying disease challenges, optimising farm management practices, and addressing vaccine-related concerns to enhance overall productivity.
  • Provide tailored on-site technical consultations and actionable recommendations designed to improve poultry health outcomes and operational efficiency for broiler, layer, and breeder producers.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of farm-based trials for biological products, ensuring meticulous data collection, accurate documentation, and thorough analysis of trial results for both internal records and external presentations.
  • Serve as the primary resource for delivering engaging technical presentations on poultry biological products to diverse audiences including internal teams, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions such as roundtable discussions or large-group presentations as requested by Sales and Marketing teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to disseminate timely technical updates regarding emerging diseases, product profiles, and best practices within the poultry sector.
  • Participate actively in scheduled internal technical updates through lectures, bulletins, quizzes, or other educational formats in coordination with management leadership.
  • Assist in pharmacovigilance activities related to poultry products by coordinating with local regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Support product registration processes by contributing to quality control documentation and maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Take part in audits focused on farm biosecurity protocols, hatchery operations, vaccination procedures, and provide constructive recommendations for improvement while ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

What you bring:

To excel as a Field Veterinarian – Poultry, your background should reflect hands-on experience within veterinary practice—ideally involving livestock or companion animals—with particular value placed on those who have worked directly in poultry production settings.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience working in veterinary practice with exposure to livestock or companion animals; prior involvement in poultry production is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles such as technical services or field support which highlights your ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing animal health products along with an understanding of industry standards relevant to poultry production environments.
  • Strong diagnostic acumen paired with well-developed clinical skills enabling you to identify issues quickly and recommend effective interventions.
  • Excellent communication abilities complemented by interpersonal sensitivity which allows you to convey complex information clearly during consultations or group presentations.
  • Proficiency in documentation practices including accurate record-keeping for field trials as well as preparing reports suitable for both internal review and external dissemination.
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout North Luzon (Regions I–III) plus Rizal region; adaptability when working independently or collaboratively within varied field settings.
  • Capacity for cross-functional collaboration demonstrated through previous teamwork experiences involving Sales or Marketing departments within agricultural or veterinary sectors.
