An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Manager to join a leading organisation in Pasay, where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the end-to-end supply chain strategy across the Philippines.

What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager based in Pasay, you will play a central role in orchestrating all aspects of the supply chain function across the Philippines.

  • Develop robust demand forecasting processes by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to gather data based on historical trends, market analysis, and customer behaviour.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to inform accurate demand forecasts and make timely adjustments as needed to support business goals.
  • Coordinate closely with production teams and suppliers to ensure smooth material flow for manufacturing and that all necessary licences and registrations are secured before orders are placed.
  • Optimise inventory levels by working with various departments to align stock with demand forecasts while implementing control measures to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Monitor inventory performance metrics such as perishable, obsolete, slow-moving goods, and provide monthly replenishment forecasts to the wider supply planning team.
  • Oversee warehouse operations by optimising costs, monitoring waste disposal plans, maintaining cycle counts with third-party logistics providers (3PL), and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Establish strong relationships with 3PL partners through regular communication, performance reviews, audits, and by setting clear KPIs aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead the Customer Service team by providing coaching, training, regular feedback, and overseeing daily operations including order generation in SAP systems and coordination of deliveries.
  • Troubleshoot logistics issues promptly to ensure timely delivery of finished products while optimising transportation networks for cost efficiency.
  • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, vendors, business partners, and government authorities to support overall supply chain effectiveness.

What you bring:

To excel as Supply Chain Manager in this organisation requires not only technical expertise but also well-honed interpersonal skills.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or a related field provides you with a solid academic foundation for this multifaceted role.
  • At least eight years’ proven experience in operations or supply chain management equips you with deep knowledge of order management processes, third-party logistics partnerships, and inventory control strategies.
  • Familiarity with the lubricants industry is highly desirable as it enables you to understand sector-specific challenges around product handling and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using ERP systems—particularly SAP SD and MM modules—alongside advanced proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word ensures you can manage complex data sets efficiently.
  • Fluency in both Malay and English (professional written and spoken) allows you to communicate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional or regional projects involving multiple workstreams highlights your interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • A growth mindset combined with an entrepreneurial spirit means you are always seeking ways to improve processes while taking full ownership of outcomes.
  • Excellent organisational skills enable you to manage competing priorities under pressure without compromising attention to detail or deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities help you resolve conflicts constructively while identifying opportunities for process optimisation throughout the supply chain.
  • Proven people management skills—including coaching others—ensure you can motivate your team towards shared goals while nurturing their professional development.
