About the ServiceNow Developer Role:
The ServiceNow Developer will the responsible for the development, administration, implementation and configuration using ServiceNow solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, implement and deploy required enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes and root cause analysis
• Maintain reliability of the production system through the utilisation of change management processes

To succeed in this role, the ServiceNow Developer should be entrepreneurial and driven.

Key Requirements:

• At least two years of experience with working knowledge of ServiceNow components
• Hands-on integration experience with third party tools or applications with ServiceNow
• Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication
• Understanding of full application life cycle
