Our client is seeking a Head of Corporate Secretarial (Corporate Affairs) to join their dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports, surveys, data requests, and notification requirements to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Board of Directors (BOD) of various Business Units. The successful candidate will also provide support to Corporate Governance bodies, including organising decision-making processes, corporate annual planning and reporting, and offering legal advice. Additionally, they will manage the Office of the Corporate Secretary by handling administrative functions and overseeing the efficient functioning of the office.

What you'll do:

As a Corporate Secretarial Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will ensure that all regulatory reports are submitted accurately and on time to both the SEC and BOD. Your excellent organisational skills will be utilised in supporting Corporate Governance bodies in their decision-making processes. You will also assist in corporate annual planning and reporting while providing legal advice when necessary. Your managerial skills will come into play as you handle administrative functions within the Office of the Corporate Secretary, ensuring its efficient operation. Furthermore, you will coordinate activities relating to the Board of Directors, senior management, and stakeholders.
