What you'll do:

• Draft, review, and recommend revisions to contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with Philippine laws.
• Conduct thorough legal research and compliance assessments across various business lines within the organisation to identify regulatory requirements.
• Review supplier contracts meticulously to safeguard organisational interests and mitigate potential risks.
• Maintain proper archiving and systematic maintenance of all legal documents assigned to you for easy retrieval and confidentiality.
