ABS-CBN: How new moms can resume careers post baby

Priya Gupta, Manager for Banking & Financial Services division shared her views on how moms can resume their careers after having a baby during her interview with ABS-CBN News on December.

She said that women are more aggressive when they come back to work as they have a huge responsibility to fulfil.

She also shared the following tips to help new mothers get back on track:

Learning new skills

Women should take advantage of the their time off work to learn new skills.

Plan ahead

Pregnant women would need to think ahead in terms of their career.

Be confident

To build confidence, women must talk to colleagues and head hunters even during their maternity break.

Don't feel guilty

Women would need to remove feelings of guilt arising from being a mom.
