About the Head of Marketing (Digital - Consumer Healthcare) Role:
The Head of Marketing will drive market strategic and operational marketing activities (brand strategies, innovation, and commercial programmes) to accelerate business growth, together with the country commercial team and global partners.
- Develop marketing strategies and executable marketing/business plans to drive sales, market shares
- Master brand marketing fundamentals and digital media strategies/activation
- Drive campaigns and programmes that will enhance brand image among target segments
- Leverage market dynamics and deep consumer understanding to create innovative marketing plans
- Partner with global team to identify and qualify new product innovation ideas
- Develop local and/or adapt global communication assets on core targets groups
- Develop state-of-the-art digital media strategies and plans – master data analytics and monitoring
- Interact with sales team on product training, implementation of marketing/brand campaign, and customer management/strategies
To succeed in this Head of Marketing (Digital - Consumer Healthcare) role, you will need in-depth marketing experience in the consumer heatlhcare space and exposure in digital marketing.
- At least 12 years in brand management
- Minimum of four years' experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare
- Fluency in English
- Proven strategic thinking fed by solid creativity – ability to form a vision and strategy for the brand, and define and deliver a precise roadmap of key activities/programmes
- Very strong experience with digital (strategy, monitoring, data analytics) – good exposure to e-commerce
- Self-starter and self-driven
- Good understanding of regulatory and medical aspects of OTC/medical devices in the Philippines (ideally Asia)
