About the RRP Brand Manager (FMCG) Role:
This role will be responsible for the performance of assigned brand and introduce to market the relevant consumer propositions that will lead to long-term strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement consumer-centric plan (brand positioning, pricing, and new product development)
• Initiate and oversee the adaptation of global brand assets to the local scene based on keen understanding of local consumer market
• Motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent

To succeed in this RRP Brand Manager (FMCG) role, you must have a strong background in brand marketing and has an experience in building and growing brands.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Five or more years of experience in FMCG or Consumer Electronics industry
• Strong experience in brand management and strategy and new product development
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
