About the Senior Digital Marketing Manager Role:
In this role, you will lead digital campaigns within key brands and key channels to the company's Philippines and other regional territories. This role will report directly to the eCommerce Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver digital commerce sales target and KPIs (conversion target)
• Manage digital commerce performance media strategy, planning and optimisation
• Oversee digital marketing agenda, corporate and cross-brand digital/social efforts, digital campaigns and social media platforms by collaborating with brand managers
• Partner with Brand Team, Performance Marketing Agency and eCommerce Manager on Content Strategy
• Propose, lead and develop digital and social innovative projects to drive performance marketing conversion and achieve brand growth strategy
• Work with the media agency to recommend media optimisation, including OTV, SEM and Social to achieve better media effectiveness and efficiency and increase ROAS

To be successful in this role, you must have in-depth experience in doing digital, brand and trade marketing from a consumer healthcare or FMCG industry.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, EC platform, etc.), website analytics and digital media planning, evaluation and optimisation
• Solid digital brand management and marketing management experience from FMCG, including ATL, BTL, and NPD launch experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a good command of English
• Strong analytical think and financial acumen
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to maintain an effective working relationship with others
