About the Brand Manager (FMCG) Role:
This role is responsible for the performance of assigned brands and cluster through the development and effective execution of mid to long-term strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan strategies and execute programmes for the overall brand experience
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities for product growth using market research, analysis, and competitive market intelligence
• Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing
• Manage and analyse P&L

To succeed in this Brand Manager (FMCG) role, you must have a proven track record in brand activation, integrated marketing communications and shopper insights.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of marketing, business administration, or any related course
• At least six to eight years of experience in marketing or at least three years of leadership from the FMCG industry
• Experience in financial awareness, brand profitability and new product development
• Knowledge working in distribution and key account management
• Readiness to be assigned in Ortigas
