Site Leader (Shared Services)

An exciting Site Leader (Shared Services) job has become available at a global software firm that has set up their shared services office in the Philippines.

About the Site Leader (Shared Services) Role:
In this key role, you will be managing end-to-end operations of an office of over 100 headcounts with both commercial and technical profiles, ranging within a diverse set of skills and functions. This position requires P&L and effective people and organisational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the end-to-end operations of the site, making sure performance is delivered with quality and in time, including the highest levels of both external (partners) and internal (employees and stakeholders) satisfaction
• Set the right strategy and vision to ensure the smooth operations of the business from both a commercial and technical standpoint
• Effectively manage the site’s P&L and full financial responsibilities
• Build solid relationships with the different business unit leaders based in different locations across the world, ensuring quality reports and working relationships
• Develop a people-first and open culture within the organisation, making sure the company’s talent has the right platform to succeed and develop their skills
• Build the right talent pipeline and hire A players that drive performance and success within the organisation

To be successful in this Site Leader (Shared Services) role, having an excellent management experience and skills, including the ability to generate the right working culture and dynamics, as well as leadership and people management is a huge advantage.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive general management experience in the shared service, outsourcing, BPO industry is preferred with at least 15 years of total experience and extensive general management and P&m Management responsibilities
• Willing to travel and be relocated to Cebu City
• Driven and adept in managing crucial business challenges
