Key Responsibilities:

• Design products using consumer insights
• Work collaboratively with other teams (finance, actuarial or agencies)
• Plan and execute product launching and monitor its performance through the product life cycle
• Take charge of marketing and brand management for insurance products
• Monitor and mentor team's KPIs

To be successful in this Head of Product Proposition (Insurance) role, you must have a proven track record working with B2B and B2C companies focusing on product proposition from progressive banks, health insurance or fintech companies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business administration or any relevant courses
• At least 10 years of experience in product innovation and brand management
• Strong data analytics
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Readiness to be based in Makati
• Readiness to start ASAP
