This role leads the overall business and sales team assigned to the specific area. You must also understand consumer behaviour and market development and convert them to into strategies for both short- and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for team development, guiding and coaching a team of 10 - 15 salespeople
• Brainstorm marketing initiatives and strategies for both general and modern trade
• Manage campaign budget and constant monitoring of team’s performance
• Work hand in hand with the sales partners and cross functional teams within the organisation to achieve sales target

To be successful in the Field Marketing Manager (FMCG) role, you must have a proven track record in field marketing and people management from FMCG or any related industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in any related field
• 8 - 10 years' experience in field marketing with a people management experience
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Readiness to start ASAP and relocate to Northern Mindanao/Western Visayas
