About the Senior Marketing Manager (Entertainment) Role:
This position will oversee all aspects of the company's marketing and will involve team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement complete marketing strategies and initiatives for launching albums

• Organise all internal departmental activities (digital marketing, sales, publicity, radio promotion, etc.) leading up to and during album releases to ensure the successful execution of the overall marketing strategy, encouraging fan engagement campaigns and opportunities for music consumption
• Assess the outcomes of marketing endeavours and relevant market circumstances, identifying significant prospects and communicating them to the team
• Efficiently handle marketing budgets for designated projects
• Supervise and organise the production of necessary tools for marketing, sales, and advertising campaigns
• Secure strategic marketing opportunities and partnerships with external parties to amplify the artist's exposure and/or release
• Handle a substantial volume of internal and external meetings and email correspondence.

In order to excel in this Senior Marketing Manager (Entertainment) position, you need a demonstrated history of success in marketing within the media entertainment sector.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any marketing-related course
• Minimum of eight years of experience in marketing and at least one to two years of experience with managing a team
• Experience in music, media or entertainment industry
• Hybrid work set-up
• Willing to start ASAP
