A well known Pharma company is looking for an Associate Marketing Director to take charge of all aspects related to the conceptualisation, production and implementation of marketing and brand management campaigns. This role is pivotal in contributing to the achievement of all marketing sales targets. The successful candidate will ensure that all marketing and brand plans are thoroughly planned out and executed within approved timelines and budget. This role directs and oversees all brand market analysis, goal setting, strategy formulation and orchestrates the seamless collaboration with all internal and external business partners.

  • Manage overall marketing strategy and direction to achieve business goals
  • Identify key consumer insights, relevant marketing trends, translated into short and long-term marketing strategies
  • Oversee the adherence of annual brand plans through the agreed overall strategy and roadmap of brands/portfolio


What you'll do:
As an Associate Marketing Director, you will be responsible for managing the overall marketing strategy to achieve business goals. You will identify key consumer insights, relevant marketing trends, which are translated into short and long-term marketing strategies. You will also manage oversight on the excellent execution of campaigns with regular assessment of efficiencies. Your role includes optimising investments to achieve brand health and business objectives. You will oversee accurate monitoring of all stock inventories ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify gaps and risks, anticipates possible market/business impacts resulting in the development of mitigating interventions
  • Manage oversight and full accountability on the excellent execution of campaigns and programmes with regular assessment and evaluation of efficiencies
  • Optimise investments in the achievement of brand health and business objectives
  • Oversee the accurate monitoring of all stock inventories and ensures that stock inventory and distribution are aligned with internal and external stakeholders


What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Associate Marketing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. The candidate should have five to seven years of relevant experience in Marketing including at least two to three years in a leadership role. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies. Experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing or brand management is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Familiarity with various digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing and SEO is also required.
