What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that span across multiple business units.
  • Manage the company's brand to build brand awareness and positioning.
  • Develop communication campaigns, content, and collaterals that deliver on marketing objectives.
  • Build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors, suppliers and partners.
  • Manage costs and budget effectively.
  • Review and improve existing systems, practices, and approaches to improve employee productivity and business effectiveness.
  • Manage the Marketing team, retain, engage, and develop talents within the organization.
