Product Manager
A growing pharmaceutical company is seeking a Product Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. What you’ll do:
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand performance and supporting the full lifecycle of product launches.

Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen product presence in the market.

Lead pre-launch planning and full lifecycle product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Drive market development initiatives to grow product adoption and performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, sales, and other teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and product strategies.

Monitor product performance and market trends, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned products, supporting brand building, launch readiness, and ongoing portfolio growth.
What you bring:
To excel in this role, you will bring strong product management experience, with a proven ability to execute successful launches and manage brand portfolios.

Three to five years of experience in pharmaceutical product management.

Proven experience in brand management and product launch planning.

Dermatology experience is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong potential from other therapeutic areas will also be considered.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and optimise brand and product initiatives.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
