B2B Audience Insights Manager
A leading organisation is seeking a B2B Audience Insights Manager to own and optimise end-to-end customer journeys, drive strategic transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable performance outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end management of assigned B2B journey(s), overseeing performance monitoring, strategic planning, and executive alignment
- Drive initiative prioritisation, forecasting, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with broader transformation objectives
- Lead resource planning and cross-functional execution, proactively managing demand pipelines, budget analysis, and issue remediation
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving operational and strategic challenges with speed and clarity
- Manage structured business reviews and develop executive reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc), delivering accurate, data-driven, and actionable insights
- Track performance against defined KPIs, communicating progress updates and recommending remediation plans and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to align on priorities, secure buy-in, and translate strategy into executable roadmaps
- Oversee financial performance indicators including ROI, budget utilisation, and measurable transformation outcomes
- Drive operational excellence through structured governance, milestone tracking, and disciplined program execution
- Leverage performance metrics such as NPS and customer satisfaction KPIs to inform strategic decisions and optimise journey effectiveness
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of strategic experience within healthcare, financial services, or consumer packaged goods
- Strong strategic planning capability with demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience
- Proven experience in resource management, operational execution, and demand planning
- Advanced analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into clear business decisions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, financial targets, ROI, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Highly structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach to governance and reporting
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in developing impactful executive-level reports and presentations
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to set, track, and achieve measurable business goals
