B2B Product Marketing Manager

A well-established organisation is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead go-to-market strategy, craft compelling product positioning, and drive successful launches and enhancements across client-focused portfolios.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new B2B/client product launches and product enhancements
  • Own product messaging, positioning, and naming to ensure clear differentiation and strong market impact
  • Develop product-level and product family marketing materials aligned to brand standards and commercial objectives
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into strategic marketing plans that address business needs and customer pain points
  • Identify and implement marketing solutions for complex or non-standard business challenges
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, escalating only highly complex or strategic issues
  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary product marketing resource for designated product families
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within a matrix environment to ensure alignment across sales, operations, communications, and leadership
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and delivery expectations are consistently met
  • Support internal stakeholders with clear messaging frameworks, launch toolkits, and communication assets

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred), or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing roles
  • At least 5 years of project management experience within a matrixed organisation
  • Strong professional writing and editing expertise with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage, prioritise, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into structured marketing deliverables
  • Healthcare industry experience is advantageous
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability and attention to detail
