B2C Audience Insights Manager
A leading organisation is seeking an Audience Insights Manager (B2C) to drive end-to-end journey ownership across consumer and provider segments, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable performance outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Own full lifecycle management of assigned B2C and B2P (Provider) journeys, overseeing performance tracking, strategic roadmap development, and executive alignment
- Prioritise initiatives, manage forecasting processes, and uphold governance standards to ensure alignment with broader transformation objectives
- Lead resource planning and cross-functional execution, balancing demand management with budget oversight and issue resolution
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, proactively addressing operational and strategic challenges
- Facilitate structured business reviews and deliver executive-level reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc), ensuring insights are data-driven and actionable
- Monitor progress against KPIs and strategic plans, communicating status updates and recommending corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align priorities, secure sponsorship, and translate strategy into executable plans
- Leverage customer and provider performance metrics, including NPS and satisfaction KPIs, to refine journey effectiveness and enhance overall experience
- Drive accountability for financial performance indicators, including budget management, ROI tracking, and measurable transformation results
- Embed disciplined governance practices through milestone tracking, risk management, and structured reporting frameworks
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of strategic experience within healthcare, financial services, or consumer packaged goods
- Strong strategic planning capability with demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience
- Proven experience in operational execution, resource management, and demand planning
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into informed business decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and gain buy-in for key initiatives
- Solid understanding of customer and provider performance metrics, including NPS and satisfaction KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong governance, reporting, and data management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to set, track, and achieve measurable goals, including financial targets and ROI
- Experienced in developing clear, compelling reports and executive presentations for leadership audiences
