Channel Lead - Thought Leadership

A leading organisation is seeking a Thought Leadership Channel Lead to own the strategy and execution of high-value content across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the thought leadership content strategy across multiple audiences, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals
  • Lead development of high-value content assets such as white papers, webinars, videos, blogs, and executive POV pieces in partnership with creative teams and subject matter experts
  • Define governance, standards, and best practices for thought leadership content, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Drive innovation in content creation and distribution, leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, personalization, and impact
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to integrate thought leadership into broader campaigns and demand-generation programs
  • Oversee editorial calendar management, ensuring timely delivery of content across channels
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, downloads, leads) and provide actionable insights to optimize content effectiveness
  • Create materials for industry events and thought leadership forums as needed

What you bring:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in content strategy, thought leadership, or B2B marketing roles
  • Proven ability to lead the development of complex content assets (white papers, webinars, video series) for executive and professional audiences
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and ability to translate insights into compelling narratives
  • Experience with AI-driven content tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, editorial, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to influence across functions
