A new Sales Manager role has just become available at one of the multinational companies in the aesthetics industry.
About the Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales through business development strategy. You will establish and maintain business relationships with accounts that will further promote acceptance of additional products.
- Lead generation and identification by travelling throughout the territory to identify system sales leads ensuring the local distributor’s system quota is met
- Work collaboratively with distributors to develop and execute country specific sales plans
- Provide product, sales, and basic clinical application training to distributor sales representatives
- Maintain consistent contact with distributors to ensure clarity on sales pipeline and develop business plan for territory with emphasis on executing sales and marketing plans through distribution network
- Assist in opinion leader development
- Work with product marketing as needed to support in country projects
- Organise and attend sales meetings, trade shows, seminars and other sales promotion events in the region as needed
- Develop or utilised standard tools to track execution and results of marketing and sales progress
To be successful in this role, you must have minimum of two years' distributor management experience and five years' selling/marketing experience. Ideal candidate will have spent some time in direct capital sales.
- Bachelor of Science/Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
- Aesthetic industry experience is strongly desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Polished presentation skills and public speaking ability
- Positive attitude and passion for working within the medical or aesthetic field
- Strong sense of urgency to achieve goals and objectives
- Practical business acumen
