An exciting Commercial Expansion Manager (FMCG) job has opened up at a top global FMCG MNC.

About the Commercial Expansion Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this business critical role, you will further develop the business in the Philippines via commercial expansion projects, budgeting and forecasting cycle, analysis and reporting at country level, and strengthening the strategic partnership with local partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance a sustainable positioning and brand equity with company's global brands in line with global strategies
  • Support and direct in collaboration with Distributor’s sales team the acquisition of new customers in the country
  • Ensure business opportunities are identified via market research, extensive customer insights
  • Manage and lead national RTM (Route To Market) strategies, ensure sales and distribution model in line with plans
  • Lead the commercial country team the business and planning cycles and monthly forecast for both on and off trade channel
  • Account for commercial performance both on and off trade in the country
  • Ensure implementation of strategic allocation of commercial resources to optimise profitability and growth
  • Prioritise investments and initiatives, and drive savings against the budget

To succeed in this Commercial Expansion Manager (FMCG) role, you will need extensive experience in commercial expansion and RTM.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years' business experience in management consulting, commercial, strategy planning, financial planning, or performance management ideally within a multicultural environment
  • Driven and ambitious
  • Intellectual firepower and balanced skill set
  • Thorough understanding of market development, commercial planning and performance analysis
  • Confident and assertive, able to deal with colleagues at all levels of the business
  • Ability to work alone and in the team
