A challenging and exciting Business Development Manager (Cebu) job has opened up at an international paint product company.

About the Business Development Manager (Cebu) Role:
As the Business Development Manager (Cebu), you will be responsible for developing and growing sales and market share for this international company (specifically paints).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting
  • Influencing key decision makers such as architects, engineers, project owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, and installers to specify, approve and use the company’s products in major building projects in the following key construction market sectors - hotel, residential, commercial, institutional, education and healthcare
  • Bidding and negotiating
  • Managing contracts
  • Managing sales

To succeed in this Business Development Manager (Cebu) role, you must have a proven success in B2B sales or project sales plus a strong network/connection within construction industry specifically with the key decision makers such as architects, engineers, project owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors and installers.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate (preferably in civil engineering or architecture)
  • Five years of experience in B2B or project sales
  • Good network within the construction industry (specifically developers, contractors, architects, engineers, project owners, etc.)
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Cebuano language
  • Independent; able to work without close supervision
  • Organised and goal-oriented
