The Sales Force Effectiveness Officer (Pharma) is responsible for providing assistance to Field force effectiveness data management in support of the organisation. You will work closely with the team to provide accurate information on the company's sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address user inquiries related to Salesforce and CRM database applications used across the company
• Proactively identify ways to develop reports and data analysis to meet the users' needs
• Manage CRM administration for the organisation
• Take part in local and regional initiatives and own the Field Force Effectiveness information sharing
• Analyse critical data of the commercial team for production of relevant reports from Salesforce and other data sources

To succeed in this Sales Force Effectiveness Officer (Pharma) role, you will need strong experience working with data. Exposure to tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel is an advantage

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in data analysis, CRM management, and other related disciplines
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Assertive, organised and attentive to detail
• Ability to cultivates good relationship with staff and departments of the organisation
