Our client is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring all products and product developments comply with the highest standards set by FDA and other regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will also support the Sales and Marketing department in planning and developing new products, recommending product claims that maximise commercial opportunities while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements. This role represents the company in all regulatory engagements, creating partnerships with relevant industry bodies, and conducting ad hoc lectures to relevant audiences.

What you'll do:

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, your role will be multifaceted. You will ensure that all products meet the highest standards set by FDA and other regulatory bodies. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting the Sales and Marketing department in planning and developing new products. You will recommend product claims that maximise commercial opportunities while ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements. Your role will extend beyond internal operations as you represent the company in all regulatory engagements, create partnerships with relevant industry bodies, conduct ad hoc lectures to relevant audiences, address and resolve all regulatory issues ensuring brand integrity at all times, and liaise with third party distributors to guarantee compliance.

  • Ensure all products comply with FDA and other regulatory standards

The ideal candidate for this Regulatory Affairs Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the Pharmaceutical industry. Your strong knowledge of FDA regulations and other relevant regulatory bodies will be key to your success in this role. Experience in product development within a regulated environment is essential, along with your ability to liaise effectively with third party distributors.
