What you'll do:
As a Channel Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of identifying and building opportunities within the emerging channel segment. Your role will involve mapping out collaborations with key stakeholders, understanding their business models, ecosystems, and value propositions. You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies and executing business plans for each account. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial in conducting strategic planning sessions and business reviews with partners. Furthermore, your ability to understand varying patient journeys will enable you to align consumer activation strategies effectively. You will also design and execute consumer activation campaigns to accelerate vaccination uptake. Your role will also involve providing valuable business insights in defining and measuring KPIs on consumer promotions using various platforms.
- Lead, identify and build opportunities in the emerging channel segment.
- Align consumer activation strategies that will unlock opportunities for the emerging channels.
- Map and collaborate with key stakeholders, understand their business model, eco-system and value proposition.
- Develop overall strategies and execute business plans per account with key measures of success.
- Conduct strategic planning sessions and business reviews with partners.
- Understand varying patient journey and align consumer activation strategies to unlock opportunities in the different emerging channels.
- Design and execute consumer activation campaigns to accelerate vaccination uptake.
- Provide business insights in defining and measuring KPIs on consumer promotions using social media and other platforms.
- Lead project teams in developing and implementing channel programs.
- Lead and manage the Key Account Managers for emerging channels.
What you bring:
As a Channel Development Lead, you bring a wealth of experience from related industries, ideally including the pharmaceutical sector. With over 5 years of industry experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in leading emerging channels, new business development, and consumer activation. Your excellent interpersonal communication skills have proven invaluable in influencing stakeholders. You are data-driven, with a strong understanding of business analytics and the value of consumer activation. Your leadership skills are evident, and you thrive in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related disciplines e.g. Business Administration, Marketing.
- More than 5 years experience in related industries (not limited to pharmaceutical, preferably with experience in the consumer industry).
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in leading emerging channels, New Business Development and Consumer Activation.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders.
- Business analytics and data driven.
- Understands the value of consumer activation.
- Strong leader and a team player.
