About the Partnership Events and Communications Lead (Insurance) Role:
This role is responsible in supporting and collaborating with other teams in driving high performance aligned with the organisation's goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualisation, implementation and post evaluation of events
• Develop and design a structured event monitoring
• Review and ensure budget management and cost savings
• Manage and plan annual incentive trips, awards and recognition programmes
• Ensure training and development for Specialists and Associates

To succeed in this Partnership Events and Communications Lead (Insurance) role you must have strong experience in promos and events management and extensive background in conceptualising incentives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant courses
• At least seven years' work experience preferably from insurance or tech industry
• Solid experience in marketing, communications, promos and events management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
