About the Marketing and Communication Lead (Insurance) Role:
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing communication strategies to promote the organisation’s products and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create strategic plans aligned with the company’s brand and sales objectives
• Leads the planning, execution and monitoring of campaigns working hand in hand with external partners to create successful engagements
• Be responsible for product launches
• Work with the following KPIs (Customer Acquisition, New Agent Sign Up, Client Retention and Cross Sell)
• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, website optimisation, social media marketing and online advertising
• Lead a team of two

To succeed in this Marketing and Communication Lead (Insurance) role, you must have a proven track record in creating and executing successful campaigns preferably from the insurance industry or any related industries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related course
• At least five years of experience in marketing communications preferably from the insurance industry
• Experience leading a team
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication skills both verbal, written and visuals
• Readiness to start ASAP
