Channel Lead - Events/Exec Client Engagement

A leading organisation is seeking a Channel Lead - Events/Exec Client Engagement to execute the strategy and manage high-value content assets across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with brand objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute the thought leadership content plan, developing and managing assets such as white papers, webinars, videos, and blogs
  • Partner with creative teams and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, brand-compliant content
  • Manage day-to-day editorial processes, including version control, approvals, and accessibility checks
  • Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows for drafting, summarizing, and optimizing content
  • Assist in webinar coordination and video production logistics, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Track performance metrics (views, downloads, engagement) and prepare reports for continuous improvement
  • Ensure all content meets compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, fair balance)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support executive engagement programs and event-related content initiatives

What you bring:

  • 8–10+ years in event marketing, content leadership, or executive engagement programs; healthcare or regulated industries preferred
  • Proven success designing executive-level content and complex event experiences that drive measurable outcomes (pipeline influence, retention/upsell)
  • Deep familiarity with brand standards, accessibility, compliance (HIPAA, fair balance), and approvals in large enterprises
  • Exceptional storytelling, stakeholder influence, and project leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
  • Strong organizational and editorial capabilities with attention to detail and quality
