Communications Manager

An organization is seeking a Communications Manager to lead corporate communications initiatives across multiple markets, providing strategic guidance, crisis management, and reputation support while enhancing stakeholder engagement and brand positioning.

What you’ll do:

• Lead corporate communication initiatives across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Provide strategic advice and guidance on communications, with a strong focus on crisis and issue management.

• Develop and maintain reputation and brand positioning across key markets.

• Collaborate with regional and local teams to support projects, stakeholder engagement, and internal initiatives.

• Deliver communications across multiple channels, including internal messaging, external corporate messaging, and digital platforms.

• Act as an individual contributor while building communications capabilities within the organization.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in corporate communications, crisis management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong strategic thinking, confidence, and maturity in advising leadership teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in relevant office productivity tools (e.g., MS365).

• Experience in energy, resources, or similar industries is desirable.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across a matrixed, multi-market organization.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
