Martech and Analytics Lead

About the Martech and Analytics Lead (Digital Bank) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for managing marketing technology and data analytics for a digital bank in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, consolidate and recommend the overall stack of martech requirements
• Integrate and standardise existing mar-tech stack, including plugging identified gaps
• Drive implementation of solutions to keep pace with external digital changes
• Design and manage internal work flows and processes to leverage existing martech solutions
• Monitor data quality within martech products such as CRM, and other tools
• Oversee martech governance such as ensuring martech stack is up-to-date and effective tracking (e.g. tagging taxonomy and mobile analytics tools like Appsflyer)

To succeed in this Martech and Analytics Lead (Digital Bank) role, you will need to have the technical marketing experience from a fintech or digital company.

Key Requirements:

• Experience using attribution tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Segment
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation systems as SendGrid, Promotexter, etc.
• Understanding of basic statistics concepts such as hypothesis testing, A/B testing and regression
• Good communication skills to be able to explain complex concepts and extract requirements from stakeholders
