About the role


We are seeking a Paid Media Executive to manage and optimize Robert Walters' paid media campaigns, primarily on Google and LinkedIn. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through strategic paid media efforts. Reporting to the SEO Manager, the Paid Media Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee paid media campaigns on Google Ads (including maps) and LinkedIn with a focus on driving brand awareness and generating high-quality client leads.
  • Develop detailed campaign strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights.
  • Ensure campaigns are optimised for performance while adhering to budget constraints.


Performance Optimisation:

  • Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and optimise performance through A/B testing and continuous improvements.
  • Adjust targeting parameters, bidding strategies, and ad placements to maximise ROI.
  • Suggest best practice strategy based on reporting data


Creative Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals tailored for Google Ads and LinkedIn audiences.
  • Landing Page & Competitor Optimization - Work with digital web teams to improve landing page experience and monitor competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for better performance.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with Robert Walters’ brand guidelines and messaging objectives.


Budget Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency while achieving KPIs such as client lead volume and quality.
  • Provide regular updates on budget utilisation and recommend adjustments when necessary.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyse campaign data using tools like Google Analytics or platform-specific dashboards; prepare regular reports highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to inform future strategies.


Market Trends & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging features on Google Ads/LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and best practices in paid media advertising to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively suggest new ideas or approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Present L&D sessions to local marketers to inform and educate them on the principles of paid marketing


Key Requirements & Personal Attributes

Core Skills

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (agency or in-house experience preferred). Experience managing campaigns outside of the Philippines (APAC/EMEA) will be a plus.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful paid media strategies on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager that deliver measurable results. Experience with Facebook Ads is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights from campaign performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and/or similar platforms is essential.
  • Experience in optimising campaigns for lead generation is highly desirable.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in Meta advertising platforms, Instagram, Facebook


Employee Relations:

  • Deliver exceptional employee relations experience, balancing the commercial and operational needs of the business, with local employment requirements.
  • Support employee relations -based issues. This includes conducting investigations from time to time, such as disciplinaries, grievances and appeals, ensuring that impartial advice is given to both parties in line with business policies and local employment law.
  • Coach line managers in getting the best from their teams and how to incorporate HR goals into daily activity


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
