A Singapore-based experiential marketing company is seeking a Content Operations Team Lead to manage content moderation and strategy across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, partnering with global and regional brands to deliver pop-up activations, brand experiences, and short-term retail concepts while ensuring high-quality content and smooth operational execution.

What you’ll do:

As the Content Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day content operations while providing leadership, quality assurance, and strategic direction to the team.

  • Lead, manage, and support a regional content operations team across multiple countries in Asia-Pacific.

  • Review, approve, and conduct quality checks on all content and messaging to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Oversee daily content moderation activities, ensuring timely and appropriate handling of content in line with policies and operational standards.

  • Develop and guide content strategy, determining what content is presented to users across platforms.

  • Conduct content and market analysis to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Ensure overall content quality, regulatory compliance, and strong user engagement.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex content issues and operational challenges.

  • Work closely with regional operations leadership to align execution with broader business objectives.

What you bring:

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong leadership capability combined with hands-on experience in content moderation and operations.

  • Three to five years of relevant experience in content operations, content moderation, or a related field; candidates with more than five years’ experience are also welcome.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide teams effectively.

  • Proven hands-on experience in content moderation is essential.

  • Fluency in English is required.

  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to enforce content standards consistently.

  • Analytical mindset with experience conducting content and market analysis.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment with regional stakeholders.
