Content Management Manager

A leading organisation is seeking a Content Management Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the organisation’s content repository, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance while supporting efficient content workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the content repository, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and compliant
• Execute content development and maintenance processes, including version control, metadata tagging, and updates
• Support the implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline content creation and maintenance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content for campaigns and launches
• Monitor content usage and performance metrics, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Assist in governance activities, including content audits and adherence to established standards
• Ensure content processes align with broader organisational and marketing objectives

What you bring:

• 5–7 years of experience in content management, marketing operations, or a related field
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management platforms, and AI-based content tools
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
