Channel Specialist - Digital Social

A leading organisation is seeking a Channel Specialist - Digital/Social to execute digital and social content campaigns across multiple audiences, ensuring engagement, compliance, and optimisation.

What you’ll do:

• Execute digital and social content plans for campaigns across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences
• Partner with creative teams to develop and adapt content for paid and earned social channels
• Manage day-to-day content publishing, scheduling, and optimisation across platforms
• Support implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline content development
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives

What you bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content operations
• Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media strategies, and digital content best practices
• Experience with content management systems and AI-based tools preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
