Content Program Management Lead
A leading organisation is seeking a Content Program Management Lead to own the strategy and operating model for enterprise content, spanning thought leadership, direct marketing, digital/social, and events/executive engagement, ensuring scalability, compliance, and measurable impact.
What you’ll do:
- Own the program strategy and operating model for enterprise content, ensuring alignment, scalability, and measurable business impact
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery across content managers, creative teams, campaign teams, and compliance/legal, establishing clear handoffs, SLAs, and RACI accountability
- Establish planning rhythms including annual/quarterly roadmaps, editorial calendars, and capacity plans, and run program ceremonies such as intake, prioritization, stage-gates, and retrospectives
- Create and enforce standards and governance for taxonomy, metadata, versioning, accessibility, compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and brand guidelines, while stewarding approvals and audit trails
- Advance modern content operations with AI-assisted workflows (briefs, outlines, variations, QC), maintaining human review and Responsible AI guardrails
- Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and resourcing, while coaching and developing a small PMO team
- Provide executive-level reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance, optimize processes, and influence senior stakeholders
What you bring:
- 10+ years in content operations/program management or marketing operations at enterprise scale; healthcare/regulatory experience preferred
- Proven success building governance models (RACI, SLAs, stage-gates) and leading cross-functional delivery with creative, campaign, and product teams
- Fluency in content infrastructure (DAM/CMS, metadata/taxonomy) and compliance/brand standards
- Practical experience implementing AI in content operations with Responsible AI practices (guardrails, human oversight)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence; comfortable presenting KPI dashboards and business reviews
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile/Lean, DAM) a plus
- Strategic thinker with strong operational leadership and team development capabilities
