About the General Manager (Food Ingredients/Raw Materials) Role:
As the General Manager (Food Ingredients/Raw Materials), you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and monitoring all the functions and drive the sales revenue of this multinational food ingredients/raw materials company.

Key Responsibilities:

• General management of all functions including the business development, sales, marketing, technical services, sourcing, logistics and finance functions
• Develop and coordinate the strategies and action plans defined for the proper achievement of the company objectives
• Strongly promote sales of the company products in the Philippines in close cooperation with group management.
• Further develop and motivate the management team and all staff in the company
• Manage the administration/financial team to control expenditure and all aspects of company finance
• Be responsible for the yearly budgeting process
• Review procurement procedures to guarantee optimal sourcing of finished goods both from within the group and third parties
• Be responsible for the corporate image and identity of the company (packaging and printing manual, etc.)
• Ensure that local food legislation is followed and that all products are properly registered with the respective authorities
• Be responsible for compliance with local law and regulations as well as with existing company policies and procedures and with the group policies

To succeed in this General Manager (Food Ingredients/Raw Materials) role, you must have solid experience in general management, B2B sales in food ingredients/raw materials industry.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• At least 10 years of general management experience in the food ingredients/raw materials industry
• Proven track record in sales management and B2B selling of food ingredients/raw materials
• Strong network within food manufacturing or food retail industry
• Customer-focused and has strong selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site
