About the Senior Marketing Manager (HMO) Role:
The successful candidate's role will be to innovate and implement change successfully. You will need to be adept at creating marketing plans and marketing briefs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives
- Market products through various channels and segments
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
To be successful in this Senior Marketing Manager (HMO) role, you must have in-depth experience in marketing in different aspect. Coming from insurance and HMO companies is a plus.
Key Requirements:
- At least eight years' marketing experience
- Minimum of five years' managerial experience in marketing
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly creative strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong managerial skills to oversee, track, and handle the Marketing team
- Readiness to work on site five days a week
